Luxury Villa Cicero, holiday rental home with private pool, in the beautifull Mediterranean coastal region of Turkey, on the exclusive Kas Peninsula. With stunning sea & moutain views the villa is just a few minutes drive from the charming up-market resort of Kas. Situated on the lagoon side of the Kas Peninsula the villa is idyllic for a relaxing villa holiday.
The villa has room for 6 sleeping guests.
The Villa has a large private swimming pool with a fantastic sea view, a very large terrace and three balconies.
The large kitchen and large living room has an open fireplace and a fantastic view of the bay and the Taurus mountains.
The villa is on three floors.
The top floor
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has large panorama windows facing the sea and has direct access to a balcony. The two other bedrooms both have a balcony – one facing the sea.
Middle floor
Large kitchen with all facilities, living room with an open fireplace and dining corner. Also a toilet.
Towards the sea there is a large glass facade with an uninterrupted sea view.
There is directly access to the large terrace, where there is a wooden table and chairs for dining.
Lower floor
Large bedroom with sea view.
The house is located on the exclusive Peninsula - 3 km from Kas.
In Kas you can experience the fascinating wonders of art, history, sea and forest all at once. Kas will certainly satisfy your desire to discover some unspoiled spots. Kas has an authentic, unspoiled atmosphere, and is located 180 km from Antalya and 150 km from Dalaman.
The drive from the airports in both Antalya and Dalaman is fascinating and breathtaking.
All linen and towels for use in the villa are provided. The pool and the garden are taken care of by a poolman.
NOTE:
All 2 weeks bookings in july aug. and sept. include free airport transfers.
We offer a 10% discount for bookings of 2 people and a 5% discount for bookings of up to 4 people.
Daily fresh bread delivery is possible.
The windows have mosquito screens.
The pool are cleaned daily

One kilometer from the villa you will find a dolphinarium, where you can swim with dolphins in the sea.
Within walking distance(~100 meters) you can swim in crystal clear Mediterranean seawater.
Various internet cafés are avaliable in Kas.
