In the middle of Austria's biggest ski and sports region, our 2 bedroom apartment is situated just 150 meters from the village centre of Niedernsill which is a short distance from the ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun(glacier skiing all year round). There are excellent restaurants and bars in the village. Free ski bus leaves from the village centre on a frequent basis. In addition, there is a regular train and public bus service from the village. The apartment,70m2 in size,is presented in a beautiful and cosy rustic style. It is on a raised ground floor and has it's own large furnished terrace with stunning mountain views,leading down into the garden. The apartment has it's own garage and there are also parking spaces outside.
