Resort: Quiet resort with 9'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, 40 km east from A Coru±a, 20 km south from O Ferrol. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Access: access via a road. For arrivals by plane: airport A Coru±a (LCG) 35 km. The water has the sweetness of the river Eume, the salt of the Atlantic, with a mixture of both in the Ares river and this has become the main feature of Pontedeume. It is in a good position, in the cliff face of the Breamo mountain and has a countryside of gentle hills and a typical coastal climate.
