Athina Luxury Villas is a beautiful property set on a large plot surrounded by lavish gardens, consisting of three independent luxury villas, built on the highest point of Xamoudochori, a small traditional village just 3km south of the neareast beach of Maleme, in Chania, in West Crete. Each villa accommodates up to 4, 5 or 7 persons and they have all been greatly appreciated by honeymooners as well, who cherish the absolute relaxation and luxurious atmosphere.
The villas are overlooking the vineyards and olive groves that prevail in the area as well as the endless Mediterranean ocean. They are situated just 7km west of Platanias, the famous tourist resort with its intense life and many tourist activities. The beautiful city of Chania with its well preserved Venetian Harbour lies just 19 km east of the villas, while the Airport of Chania (CHQ) is 32 km north-east of the villas.
Eeach villa has its own private pool. The villas are beautifully decorated, with many luxurious details and exceptional taste, with really spacious halls so as to ensure that guests enjoy a cosy vacation as if in their own home. Each maisonette features many modern amenities as well as quite comfortable facilities and it is the only self-catering property in the area of Chania that has been designed as a 5-star hotel suite, offering daily maid service and massage sessions on request. An impressive marble hammam is available for aromatherapy sessions.
Villa Kissos is a 100sq.m. maisonette, made of wood and stone, featuring a large swimming pool of 80 sq.m.
It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom with two beds and a sleepinggallery with a single bed. Therefore it can accommodate up to 5 persons.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six and a smaller breakfast table for four, comfortable sofas and sofa-beds in the living room in front of the fireplace as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a shower. Both floors have spacious verandas with view to the pool and the ocean.
Villa Myrtia is a 100sq.m maisonette, made of wood eand stone, featuring a large swimming pool of 80 sq.m. which also includes a children's pool.
It consists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom with two beds and a sleeping gallery with a single bed. Therefore it can accommodate up to 7 persons.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six and a smaller breakfast table for four, comfortable sofas and sofa-beds in the living room in front of the fireplace as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a shower. Both floors have spacious verandas with view to the pool and the ocean.
The villas are open throughout the year as they are centrally heated and fully air-conditioned, featuring beautiful stone fireplaces.

All weekly rates are tax inclusive and include daily maid service and daily change of towels, change of linen 2-3 times/week.
50% deposit is required for confirmation of all reservations. Upon receipt of payment, a receipt accompanied by an official confirmation letter are sent to the renter along with maps and brochures.
Remaining 50% is settled on departure either in cash or by credit card.
Full refund applies for cancellations made at least two months prior to arrival.
Non-shows or early departures are paid in full.
