Private: garden (fenced), lawn sunning area, barbecue. 1.5 km long motor access to 20 m from the house (in winter snow chains necessary). 20 m footpath, stepped path (80 steps) to the house. Individual garage. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, railway station "Unterterzen" 6 km, swimming pool 10 km, tennis 3 km, cable car 3 km, ski lift 3 km. The holiday house is situated 50 m from the "Terza" black run (Flumserberg-Oberterzen, only for advanced skiers). It is possible to load/unload the car 20 m from the house.
