Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Unterterzen" 5 km, mountain lift 300 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.

Upper floor: (ladder): open living/sleeping room with curtain with 2 beds and TV. 1 room with 3 beds. Shower/WC. View of the lake and the mountains. Reserved parking. Please note: Non smokers only. Separate entrance. Kitchen/living accessible by stairs. Bedroom accessible by a steep staircase without bannister. Not recommended for the elderly or young children. Wireless internet access. Wooden floors.

Resort in Summer: All watersports available in Walenstadt 9 - 10 km. Swimming pool 9 km. 1 cable car, walking path. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks. Excursions by boat on the lake Walen and also to Quinten (car free village).

Resort in Winter: Ski region Flumserberge, total of 17 lifts. 65 ski runs, total length 65 km, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, snowboard school, childrens ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten from 2 years old. 19 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths 22 km. Toboggan-runs (long 3 km). Dogs sleighs, snow shoe walks.
