Ideal for 1 or 2 couples with children. Safe village, friendly local people. First aid post. Kite surfing School on site, good daily wind conditions all year round. Calm or open sea.
Temperatures in Celsius degrees. Air: min 22/26 max 26/32. Sea 28 throughout the year, hurricane free latitude (4 degrees South) dry micro climate.
Galinhos is a primitive, untouched location. Casa Grande -as the natives call the house- is great, but only the necessary things are to be found, Brazilian standards.
Water is pumped from a well on the roof in a reservoir. Spare use of water will postpone refill necessity.
Hot water is available for showers by a switch which MUST BE ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF afer use, to avoid damage.
Electricity is 220 volts and 2 pins european plugs will fit.
Dress code is really bathing costume and t-shirt plus pijama.

3 nights minimum stay from € 200,00 per night or weekly rate from € 1000,00 inclusive of maid 7 hours per day.
Rent can start any day depending on availability of estate. Rates can be combined.
Extras:
- Pick up and transfer service from Natal Augusto Severo airport: € 30,00 per person one way (3 hours drive on well paved BR 406 but it is a rewarding trip) payment on site.
- Half board/Full board at neighbouring pousada Retiro das Velas € 12,00 per person per meal (kids € 8,00) plus drinks (more restaurants available)Payment:
30 % on reservation 70% 10 days before arrival, must be executed via money transfer with reference: Galinhos and name of client (Bank account data will be sent via e-mail) A cash deposit of € 400,00 will be asked on site to be refunded on departure, after inventory clearance.
