Pricing for this unit varies and starts at $135 per night for 1-3 people, $160 per night for 4-6 people and $35 per night per extra person over 6 people up to 8 max. A one-time $100 cleaning fee applies to all rentals, NO EXCEPTIONS. There is also a 3 night minimum for this property and any rentals under 3 nights will be billed for 3 nights--NO EXCEPTIONS.
