ACCOMODATIONS
Villa Festiva is a two story villa with two rooms offset on the top level for ultimate privacy and a third room on the bottom floor.
Three private spacious tropical luxury villas come complete with the latest traditional style, culture and comfort, and featuring extraordinary architecture, built by a native craftsman. Villa Sailfish and Villa Marlin are on the upper floor, while Villa De Sea is on the lower floor. Each mini-villa has gorgeous beachfront/ocean views.
The bottom floor has a huge kitchen, sitting areas, pool palapa bar and yoga deck.
Rent the entire home or one room at a time.
Each villa complete is complete with:
Fully equipped full size open-air kitchens.
Balcony overlooking the destinations most swimable beach.
All rooms have complete unobstructed views.
Each room has a king size bed in front of picture window looking out at the sun drenched beach, creating an enchanting setting.

The property offers a multi level roof with huge overhangs wrapping the entire property offering ultimate privacy and shade. The entire dining area downstairs is protected from the sun, and yet the open-air floor plans allows for those off shore breezes to come through.
Of course if you want sun, there is no shortage.

Rates based on seven days stay and two persons per room. Extra person charge is $25/night per room. Air conditioning is available for $10 per day per room, or $30 per day for the entire house.
Deposit Policy: 50% deposit due within (5) five days of booking in order to confirm your reservation.
Balance/damage deposit is due in full 45 days prior to check in.
Taxes, maid service (except Sunday) and WiFi are included in all rates.
Telephone is not included. It is recommended to check with your cell phone company for a Mexico plan during your stay. Tips are not included.
Smoking permitted in open/common areas only. No smoking in bedrooms/enclosed areas please!
