Wide steps allow for easy entry and the pool furniture and sun beds are generously appointed. The screened lanai is surrounded by lush vegetation and tall trees, providing unrivalled privacy.
Indoors, natural sunlight pours nonstop through large windows, warming the home?s terra-cotta and ocean blue accents. Terrazzo tile was made for this kind of property - casual elegance for happy feet with a great tan. The neutral color scheme suits all tastes. Most rooms boast cream walls with classic white trim.

This wonderful home is only a 2 blocks walk to the charming town of Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique shops and fine restaurants. And, our house is also only a 6 block walk along the tree lined Venice Avenue to the beach. Plus, we've just added high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop.
Or, walk to the Venice Pier and Sharky's Restaurant to enjoy the sunset, or enjoy a morning walk of approximately twenty blocks. In and around the beach area, you?ll find many water-sports and tour operators, as well as famous Sharky?s restaurant. At night it comes to life as the city?s favorite live music venue. If traveling with pets, treat them to a day at Brohard Paw Park and they?ll wag tails in gratitude.
