Overall Property Description:
This vacation getaway is comprised of four enchanting apartments an ancient Vertine town, situated in a scenic, historic and charming location in the heart of Chianti Classico. RIFUGIO 1 is located in the town, a short stroll from the swimming pool, while the other apartments are set in a part of a house at the edge of the village directly alongside the in front of the swimming pool. There is a private outdoor area with a swimming pool and lawn furniture ideal for enjoying the fresh air. Additionally, each apartment has its own private, furnished outdoor area. RIFUGIO 3 and 4 can be booked jointly at a 10 percent discount. Onsite parking and cribs are available and the apartments all enjoy central heat.
A cleaning fee of euro 12 and deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
Chianti is world-famous for both its scenery and for the namesake grapes that thrive there. The hills are absolutely enchanting, covered in vineyards and groves of oak, chestnut and holm-oak trees. The countryside, dotted with farmhouses, is an exclusive tourist destination with vibrant appeal.
