Location
Dubai Marina is around 30 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport, and overlooks the newly-developing Jumeirah beach coastline. It is just minutes from the adjacent five-star hotel resorts. It is conveniently positioned for access to the Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed highways, from where it is a short drive to the many Dubai attractions like the Madinat Souq, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Creek and the Gold Souq. It is also only 5 minutes drive from the impressive Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall, as well as the Mall of the Emirates, with its indoor “real snow” ski centre, SkiDubai. The Marina itself boasts a number of restaurants offering international and local cuisine, a supermarket, beauty salon and shops.
Facilities
This bright and spacious air-conditioned 14th floor apartment offers many options: Relax or dine out on one of the two balconies with views over the Marina and ocean; sit back with a DVD and enjoy the surround sound from the wall-mounted plasma TV (with wide selection of satellite channels) and home theatre system; escape with a game on the Playstation 3, or use the desk and wireless broadband Internet connection to hook up with the office or your friends.
The open-plan lounge/dining room has a dining table seating 4 people, and a large double sofabed, making the apartment adaptable enough for a small family or two couples. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, iPod dock/alarm clock radio, en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet, and fitted wardrobes. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped, with everything from a cafetière to a garlic press. Appliances include a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a guest WC.
The apartment has two balconies - the larger of which has a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining, and a sun lounger from where you can watch the sun setting over the ocean. The smaller balcony has views inland towards the desert.
The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis, with towels and bedlinen included.
The tower houses a large landscaped pool and sun terrace overlooking the waters of the Marina, with jacuzzi and small childrens pool. There is also a well-equipped gym indoors, with sauna and steam room, private underground parking and 24-hour security/concierge. There is a supermarket, coffee shop, take-away food and beauty salon 1 minutes walk away.
