The first floor has a separate entrance and features a living room and dining area with television, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed (sleeps 2), and another with 2 single beds (sleeps 2) plus a full bathroom. No Local Phone. The second floor offers direct views of the ocean. The second floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, television, another fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 more bedrooms – one with a single bed and a queen sized sofa bed (sleeps 3), and another with 1 single bed and a pull out sleeper bed (sleeps 3) The third floor is a loft area with a king sized bed, pull out queen sleeper bed and a television (sleep 4) The Seascape Mansion features ample parking for 4 cars, and a walkway to the beach.
