The Retreat Family Home is a 4 bed, 2 bath house (sleeps 8) with study, that is well furnished throughout.The large Entrance Hall opens into the light and airy Reception and Dining area, and then leads through to the huge Kitchen Diner and the relaxing Family Room. The Kitchen is fully fitted with all accessories including a dishwasher. The large Master Bedroom is en-suite with queen size bed. At the rear of the house is the Formal Lounge which overlooks the covered furnished alfresco area, with built in BBQ, the pool and the mature garden areas. The property has air-conditioning, television, DVD player & stereo system. Ideally situated 15 mins drive North of Perth it is close to a number of parks, shopping centres, schools, golf courses and some of the best beaches in Australia.
