25% of the rent is required to complete the booking. Balance is due upon arrival. A $300 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival (deposit increases with length of stay). This can be paid cash, and will be returned at checkout. If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless unit is re-rented. If reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior, rental fee less 5% (administration fee) are refunded.Owner accepts payments by: Paypal, Money order,cash,travelers cheques.
2. PAYPAL (we do not accept credit card directly but payments can be done via Paypal from clients credit cards if they so wish to do so as we are set up to accept payments this way with Paypal. Please note that there is a 3.5% service fee). Check in and check out times are flexible and can be discussed with owner.
**An exit cleaning fee of $60 is applicable to all rentals.
