It is sunny and sufficiently spacious for a family,or a group of four.The bedroom has views to backyard gardens and to an XIX century factory chymney. It has a double bed. There is a double sofa bed at the library and separated from the living room. It has a room closet in the corridor and a bathroom with bath, a regular eqquiped kitche. Altough not a design apartment, it is however efficently furnished with comfort and good taste. Warm and cosy during winter time, in a peacefull area. Not at the heart of historical districts such asChiado, Alfama, Castelo, or Bica,BU still is in the historical center, in between Estrela, S. Bento and Princípe Real quarters; west side from the center on the side of Assembleia da República ( Parlamient building).Rua de S. Bento known for its antiques shops and the famous glass company "Fábrica da Marinha Grande".The Estrela garden as well as Basilica da Estrela are located at 10 minutes walk distance, up the road. Opposite side to the apartment is the small garden of Pç. das Flores on the way up to Principe Real and Bairro Alto. The residential area is a plus for the area is silent during night. Santos and Tejo river are at 10 to 15 minutes walking distance, down Av. D. Carlos I. Connections: Tram 28, Rato underground station, Santos station for the train to Estoril/Cascais.
