This cabin's first floor features a cozy sitting/reading room, a king bedroom with walkout deck, queen bedroom, bedroom with two twin beds, and full bath. The upstairs hosts the living room with sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen, bath and walkout deck with gas BBQ grill.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and a clothes washer/dryer unit is included.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Clubhouse and lake usage rights are not available.
This property will accommodate up to 8 persons.
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! All reservations are subject to applicable taxes and a cleaning fee.
STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $300 to $320 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $300 per night, $280 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $280 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
