With a wide variety of unit-styles and floor plans to choose from, no longer does direct Gulf front on Longboat Key mean sacrificing your entire vacation budget. This tropical resort is an affordable option for traveling families, couples, or anyone drawn to miles of soft sand. Some of the features of this resort include a large putting green to practice your game, a shuffleboard court, a community pool, BBQ area, complimentary lounge chairs, on-site management, and ideal Longboat Key location. Many of these units include private lanais overlooking the Gulf - so stop imagining your perfect vacation, and start living it. Please note that minimum check-in age is 25. The front desk is open Monday-Sunday, 7 days a week, from 9am-5pm. All bookings will incur a reservation processing fee equal to 5 percent of rental amount plus tax. Additionally, a damage waiver is required. For stays 2-3 nights- 25.00 USD plus tax. For stay 4 nights or more, 50.00 USD plus tax. 6 percent includes damage waiver.
