- Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
- The refundable security deposit will be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
- An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only. CANCELLATION POLICY We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.
