Welcome to Northern Lights at Big White Mountain Resort, where it doesn't get any better! Northern Lights, Unit B, is the largest, multi level unit in the building. Units A and B are separated by the foyer and semi private elevator which means almost no common walls between units!Northern Lights Brief Description: Five spacious Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the two master bedrooms have private ensuites, hot tub, steam shower, High Speed Internet at no extra cost, large family / games room with a kitchenette, and private laundry room with W/D. Large foyer, semi-private elevator, private two car gargage for our guest's use only and one outdoor parking on LEVEL ground. No climbing up stairs or steps to enter the building! Northern Lights, Unit B, is aluxury, 2800 sq. ft, two story ski residence located on the easily accessible main road in Snowpine Estates. Northern Lights is a modern post and beam constructed townhouse. It is well furnished, professionally decorated and offers many amenities including a large, private hot tub, steam shower, games room with a billiards table, a poker/games table, a family room with wet bar, beverages frig, wine frig, laundry room and HS Internet. Guests have access to the owner's private, two car garage and semi-private elevator. Ski In and Ski Out and short traverse to Ridge Rocket Express, the new express chair and the Plaza Chair. Or take the gratis shuttle that makes the rounds every 30 minutes, eleven hours a day and stops just across the road from Northern Lights! The living room and family/games rooms are fully furnished with gas fireplaces. The open kitchen is modern with granite counter tops and an island with a breakfast bar and bar stools. Plenty of room for all to enjoy with Views of the Monashee Mountains. All new furnishings. Games, a poker set, books and some movies provided. All linens, bathroom and kitchen towels, and bedding provided. Extra blankets, sheets and pillows provided. Coffee, teas, sugar, seasonings, condiments, cooking oil, and paper towels provided. Food wrap and aluminum foil provided. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and serving ware provided. Enough soap and bathroom supplies provided for the first few days of your stay. Kitchen supplies provided. Laundry detergent for the W/D provided. Please use only what you need and save the rest for other guests. Northern Lights is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and upon departure. Please contact us if you require mid-stay cleaning and/or laundering services. The rate is $20 hour. Book directly through us, the owners, and save $$ nt compared to on-mountain rental services. Please respect our NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING policy.

$500 damage deposit required. Refundable within 10 working days.Cancelllation Policy: Full refund less $150 administration and rebooking fee when cancelled in writing not less than 60 days prior to arrival. Less than 60 days notice, funds cannot be refunded until the chalet has been rebooked, less a $150 fee to readvertise the unit. We do our best to rebook the unit in the rare circumstance of a cancellation. Please be advised we rent to mature adults and families. We do not rent to groups of singles under the age of 28. Upon payment, guests receive a confirmation receipt and the Northern Lights Guest Information Guide. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement stating they have read and agree with the rules and guidelines of the Townhouse Chalet. Please respect our no smoking and no pets policy. Jan and Mar 2009: Rent 11 or more nights and get one night FREE!Holidays not included. April 2009: Rent 3 or more nights and get the next nt at 1/2 price! All guests who book the Y2009 winter season prior to January 1, 2009 enter a raffle for a FREE $100 dinner gift certificate or groceries certificate at Big White. Winners choose their restaurant!
