A charming balcony provides the ideal viewing platform of the medieval streets below. Enjoy a French coffee and croissant, lunch, dinner, or perhaps a lazy afternoon with a good book and a glass of wine or champagne.
This apartment features a living, dining, and kitchen area. Exposed honey colored stone and natural timbers highlight the apartment to create a warm and traditional atmosphere. The large bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). There is a separate bathroom and toilet. In the living area a fold out bed provides comfort for a 3rd person or child.
There is public parking within 50 metres of the apartment.

Sarlat is one of France’s finest and most picturesque examples of a restored medieval village, not only by day, but also by night when this charming village is lit with its unique gas lanterns. Marvel at the Gothic and Renaissance townhouses as you meander through the village lanes and town square. Enjoy the colorful markets that cover the village square on Wednesday and Saturdays and are considered amongst the most spectacular in France.

Sarlat dates back to the middle ages. The area is the home of prehistoric man, idyllic valleys, Dordogne river, patchwork quilt fields, gastronomy foods of such as foie gras, truffles, asparagus, prunes, walnuts, mushrooms, canard. You can buy and prepare the local produce from the markets, or visit one of the many restaurants to sample these mouthwatering specialties. Restaurant prices are very reasonable, so dining out is an everyday option.
The attractions of this area are both spectacular and amazing. The immediate area is said to have 1,001 castles dating from the 12th century, many of which are open to the public. Don’t miss Beynac, Castlenaud, Hautefort to name a few.
A day trip to visit the surrounding famous wine growing areas of Bordeaux, Medoc, St Emillion, Bergerac, Monbazillac is also a must.
