Stayed for 2 days in June, 2009
1. The bed in the master bedroom needs a new mattress. It peaks in the center and roles off on each side.2. The unit needs a good cleaning. The floors have no luster so they appear to be dirty.3. The master bedroom needs another lamp. It is much too dark and has no overhead light.4. The weeds outside need to be mowed, both front and back.5. There was a dead mouse in front of the unit. Not a very good first impression.6. I was very surprised when I arrived and found the unit was for sale. I was not told beforehand and had I known I probably would not have rented the unit. No one wants to rent a unit and have it be shown during your stay. I called Annie and she assured me she would make sure the unit was not shown during my rental.Positives- Allowed dogs and has security system.4.
