* Porto Rafti is an old fishing village that has developed to a beautiful sea resort backed by impressive mountains and forest.
* The area has many beaches to explore, where you can swim and sunbathe, look for sea creatures, sample water sports, hire a canoe or sailing boat and find exclusive fish tavernas in front of the water for a romantic gastronomic dinner.
* You can visit the pine forest of Kouvaras (10 min drive) with its many monasteries, picnic area and play grounds and the Zoological Park of attica (20 min drive).
* Athens with Acropolis and museums is very easily reached using the new motorway 'attiki odos' by car, bus or by the new metro, while the Athens International Airport is just 8 Km from the house.
* Only 7 Km from the villa is Vravrona with the temple of Artemis and museum.
* The impressive temple of Poseidon in Sounio is about half an hour's drive, while Marathon, the monastery of Daphni, ancient Corinth, Olympia, Monemvassia, Mycenae. Epidaurus, Delphi and many more destinations of interest, offer fantastic day trips.
* From the ports of Lavrio, Rafina and Piraeus, you can hop to many Greek islands for the day.

The price is per week for the villa on a self-catering basis, for a maximum of 8 specified people, all sleeping in beds and includes all bills of water, electricity, air-conditioning (or central heating when required), bed linen and bath towels changed weekly and fast wireless internet.
A baby (9th person) in a crib can be accommodated for an extra cost of 30 GB pounds or 40 euro.
The rental price also includes the cleaning of the house for your arrival and some complimentary items to start your holiday.
Changeover day is flexible
'Short breaks' or 'long weekends' on request (minimum 3-4 nights), for those who would like to have a relaxing time by the sea, soak in the sun, visit Athens and many wonderful places of interest: charged at 1/5 of the weekly rate per night.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Refundable damage deposit of 300 GB pounds or EUR 400 is required, see our terms and conditions.
Additional services available at a small charge: maid, baby sitting, meals, shopping of groceries before arrival and many more - just ask!
