Situated on Calle Papagayo(Road), only 2 minutes by car from the newly paved Costanera Sur highway which hugs the Pacific coastline and offers breath-taking ocean views. Only 5 minutes from the first of many beautiful beaches.( Playa Tortuga, Playa Ventanas, Playa Pinuelas, National Marine Park Ballena, Playa Uvita, Playa Dominical....) Yes, we timed it again and again!
Excellent international restos in proximity each with a convivial and original atmosphere, Cafe Internet, local supermarket, excellent wine and liquor store, authentic French bakery, fresh-daily fish and seafood stands. Vacation activity tours such as sea kayaking, fishing, mangroves sightseeing by boat, snorkeling, scuba diving and horseback riding on jungle mountain trails.

No credit will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.
3- On site manager for arrival-departure and information. No pets.
*4 - IMPORTANT NOTE: Unfortunately we are obliged to retain a 50U$ cleaning charge from the security deposit when you leave if there is abusive disorder from your personal use such as uncleaned dishes, negligence in regard to the furniture or linens, breach of security measures at the villa, and obvious disrespect for the house. The villa is clean when you arrive and please leave it clean at your departure.
