We took a 1 and 4 year old with no problems, you may want to take a baby gate for the stairs. Nice that bedrooms were down stairs and living upstairs. While sleeping you could not hear anything upstairs which was great. Check in and out process was a breeze. I have stayed only in other condos that were twice the cost but not any nicer. From my research this unit is a great value. My family had a great time. I can't wait for our next trip. (PS.. the sand is really hot during the summer...wear shoes!)

We had a great timeParking was a hassleWanted to rent umbrella & chairs - management looked at us like that was a question they had never been asked.Needed more than two plastic swipes to get on & off the beach - wish there was a code instead fo the plastic.

Our room was not in good shape although the rest of the property seemed okay. There was no one on site to help. Parking was a problem. They did fix our sliding door quickly. There are better places to stay in South Padre Island.
