Bathroom Leak

There was a bathroom roof leak that we did not noticed until our son fell and bumped his head on the floor. The leak is ON the full bathroom's sliding door top frame. It almost seem as if another guest from the condo on top was showering and we would get the driping waters.

Aquarius Condo has spruced itself up the last 2 years ('08-'09) we've been here. The property looks quite nice and the personnel are friendly and helpful. This year our unit was one of the nicer units loaded with amenities, homey touches, and all appliances, air & heat, plumbing, etc. in good working order. Improvements? Perhaps for our long stay (3 months) we could have used less "decor" so there would have been more room (on shelves, table tops, counters) for our own belongings.

We had planned a short getaway, and Dolly cut that short by a day. Considering the contract shows no discount unless there is a manadatory evacuation, I did not expect any refund. We had to get off the island or we would have been stuck - the bridge closed at 6:00 p.m., luckily we left a bit earlier. To my surprise, a few days after Dolly went away, I received an email showing a refund for 1 day. I thought that was definitely the right thing to do! I would book again with this company. The condo was cute, nice furnishings.

Great location but terrible linens

The location and the condo were great BUT the linens had a terrible smell. The entire bedroom was unbearable because of the linens. Either they were put on wet or the person changing them didn't care that they had a strong odor.

I was very impressed. The #303 was very clean and very nicely decorated and helped me relax during my stay. I would love to come back and stay again. The Ladies at Tropical Texas were very nice, polite and helpful.

TO ADVERTISE 2 BATHS FOR A UNIT THAT WE BOOKED FOR 7 PEOPLE IS COMPLETELY MISLEADING. THIS UNIT HAS 1 SHOWER. IT SHOULD BE DESCRIBED AS 1 1/2 BATHS. WITH SUCH A DESCRIPTION, WE WOULD HAVE NEVER CONSIDERED BOOKING THIS UNIT FOR 7 PEOPLE, SO I'M SURE THE PEOPLE @ TROPICAL TEXAS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE DOING. PUT A DARK SPOT ON OUR WHOLE VACATION. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
