•In order to book the condo a Reservation Fee of USD 100 is required in order to hold the booking payable on reservation, this is deductible from the rental.
•Payments may be made via Cash, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Western Union with 190 branches worldwide
•As is our policy this deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking
•On payment of Reservation fee, a Receipt and Booking confirmation details will be made via email
•The Balance must be received 2 weeks before the arrival date or at the time of reservation
•In the event that you make your booking less than 2 weeks of your planned occupancy date, both rental and Security deposit must be paid in full amount in 1 payment
•Failure to receive the Full payment on time the booking will be treated a s cancelled.
•The Security Deposit is Fully Refundable at the end of stay provided that there are no damages and that the condo is left in good condition.
•The use of property more than the number of allowed persons is not allowed, unless permission is given by the owner. CHECK IN : 12:00pm
