Discounts for week long stays.
There are taxes of 12.962% and a $300 departure cleaning fee & the Security/Damage deposit is $500. You can get additional cleanings for $150 per cleaning.
Reservation Deposit of 35% is due upon booking and is non-refundable. The remainder is due 60 days before your arrival and is also non-refundable.
