RENTAL FEE:
Ranges from $650 – $1,300 per week depending on season and length of stay. A set-up and laundry charge of $95 for the stay to be paid by the tenant. Minimum rental period is one week except for holidays which are two weeks minimum stay.
Regular weekly rates:
$800 per week for 1 week
$700 per week for 2 weeks
$650 per week for 3 or more weeks.
High season rates:
$900 per week for 1 week
$800 per week for 2 weeks
$750 per week for 3 or more weeks.
Holiday rates $1300 per week, Pesach and Sukkot a minimum of 2 weeks stay
DEPOSIT: 50% of total rental fee required to make a binding reservation, balance due upon arrival at apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: With at least one month's notice the entire deposit will be refunded less $300 for expenses. With two weeks to one months notice, half the deposit will be refunded. Less than two weeks notice no refund.
