A secluded beachside Tuscan inspired 10,000 sq. ft. 4 bedroom lushly landscaped villa on the North Shore of Anguilla with magnificent views of the ever changing shades of blue of the Atlantic Ocean. (This villa can be rented as a 1/2, 3 or 4 bedroom villa).
On the second level there is a large Grand Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and private outdoor shower and a large balcony overlooking the beach and sea, along with an en suite fitness center. There is also a Master bedroom on this level with ensuite bathroom and shower and a large balcony overlooking the sea.
On the first level there are two more bedrooms each with magnificent sea views and ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and have ceilings fans. There are large areas for entertaining either outside around the infinity pool or at the gazebo with its BBQ and a wonderful view of the beach and the sea beyond. Or one can entertain more formally inside in the air-conditioned cool of a large Great Room with its adjoining dining area. There is a Media room with a computer area, just off the Great Room.
**All bedrooms:600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets; alarm clocks w/ radio - wave sounds; fabric blinds on all windows and doors; 35" Flat Screen Television in all bedrooms except Grand Master with 52", all with surround sound; air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
**All bathrooms: lighted vanity mirror; hair dryer; Egyptian cotton towels.
A credit card authorization form will be required to be signed at time of booking to cover incidentals (in lieu of collecting a cash security deposit).

* Bedroom 02: Master bedroom on upper level, ensuite bathroom w/shower, sliding doors lead to private terrace overlooking beach & sea. Flat screen 35" TV/DVD.
* Bedroom 03: Lower level bedroom and ensuite bathroom w/shower, sliding glass door to terrace over looking beach and sea. Flat screen 35" TV/DVD.
* Bedroom 04: Lower level bedroom, ensuite bathroom w/shower, sliding glass doors opening to terrace by pool w/ views of beach and sea. Flat screen 35" TV/DVD.
* Dining Room: There is an indoor dining area on lower level between kitchen and living room and an outdoor dining area close the pool with gazebo and outdoor BBQ.
* Fitness Area: The grand master suite (bedroom #1) leads to the Exercise room with Treadmill, Elliptical machine and Bowflex.
* Kitchen: Extremely well-equipped kitchen with GE monogram appliances - all stainless steel; wine cooler - beverage refrigerator.
* Living Room: Spacious area with high ceiling with sliding wood and glass door to outside entertainment area and pool deck for infinity pool.
* Terrace: Large outside terrace area with infinity pool and gazebo with BBQ area overlooking beach and sea.
