This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa sits in an outstanding position, high on the rocks, surrounded by "Macchia Mediterranea" in northern Sardinia. It is a quiet and tranquil location, yet just 2 kms from Santa Teresa di Gallura with its yacht harbor. From the house and its garden there are breathtaking views of the Corsican Bocche de Bonifacio, the impressive white cliffs of Bonifacio, and the small islands just off Corsica.
The villa is very well furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. A particular feature of the house is the lovely verandah to the front of the house, with outdoor dining area. The house has several entrances and planned in such a way to be ideal for two families vacationing together, requiring some independence and privacy. Please note that the lower ground floor rooms are not of the same standard as the main part of the house.
This part of the coast is less crowded than the nearby famous Costa Smeralda, and is a good base for exploring the beautiful Sardinian coastline, and also for taking day trips to Corsica. For those looking for smart restaurants and lively nightlife, the Costa Smeralda and its resorts such as Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are within 30/50 minutes drive. A beautiful boat w/ skipper is available at an extra cost.
DISTANCES: Santa Teresa di Gallura (nearest village with shops, PO) is 2kms, Olbia (nearest airport) is 61kms, Costa Smeralda is 40kms.
A chef, heating and telephone available for an additional charge. There is deposit upon check-in of €250 for the telephone. Extra maid service is €13 per hour. All of these 'a la carte" services are paid locally with Euros and subject to change.
This house accommodates up to 10 people maximum.
