This property was in the perfect location for our family. We were able to visit and relax plus there were places for shopping and swimming to get away without needing a second car.The accomadations were comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped.The grandkids were especially thrilled with the swimming pool.Thanks for the great stay.

It was located on a busy street and was so noisey that you could not hear on the phone without closing the doors. The VCR did not work so no favorite TV programs could be recorded. The was not one single lid for pots and pans in the house. There was a hassle at first with getting an opener for the complex back entrance gate when it was right next to our parking place.

Easy walk to shops etc. in Kona. Clean, well maintained corner unit on top floor. Some noticeable road noise, but not enough to bother us any. I recommend this unit it is a good value.

This Kondo is in an excellent location - close to town yet far enough(1-block)off the beaten path that you can get away from the crowds & noise. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit - there were only 2 of us. It could easily accomodate 4 and 6(may be a bit crowded). Had everything we needed and then some and the welcome pkg was a nice touch to get us started.All the comforts of home. The huge lanai was perfect for dining. We had 4 friends come over for dinner one night and we didnt feel crowded at all. The pool & BBQ area was the most well kept facility I had ever seen at any rental location. The local residents were very friendly and helpful. PUT THIS PROPERTY AT THE TOP OF THE LIST IF YOU PLAN TO VISIT KONA - BUT YOU HAD BETTER BOOK EARLY TO BEAT US TOO IT!

Enjoyed this property very much. Close walk to town etc. The highway noise was very loud. Was unaware that this unit backed the highway. However, with doors closed and AC on, it was okay. Very nice and spacious unit.

I really enjoyed my stay in Kona. That place in the Kona Pacific is awesome!!My family and I loved it! It was clean, in a great location. We really enjoyed our say in the condo. It was very well equipped and had a huge corner lanai. The unit overlooks a somewhat busy street, but the traffic in the evenings was minimal. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay; a great alternative to hotels! Directions to room from the parking were a little confusing maybe because it was at night when we arrived; we went up a stairwell which was not convenient. We would have liked directions to an elevator... but we did find our way.

The property manager provided clear directions to the property, parking stall, location of unit on the property, that was very helpful. The unit was very spacious and the location was convenient. The price was affordable. I would prefer staying here than any of the hotels in Kona town.
