We checked in and unit #31 had a very funky smell to it. The units themselves were very nice, but this smell was a bit much. We also found it frustrating that there was no front desk we could call, and found the management to be a bit fragmented. Maybe it is because a third party handles the management of the property. Anyway, my recommendations would be to have the third party manager more actively involved in helping the guests, explaining the shuttle situation to them, and giving them all of the details so they are not left to figure it out. I had a very friendly agent who helped me book the trip, but there are still questions one has when they arrive at the property. We arrived at 5, the Wise Rentals office was closed already, and we did not know who to get in touch with to answer our questions. Finally we figured out how to deal with the shuttles, but we wanted to switch rooms because of the odor and there was no one we could talk to about that....
