the ocean view was awesome, however, the carpet in this unit was less than desirable and dirty (much improvement is needed in this area). Amenities could improve to include a diswasher, and a TV in the bedroom

The condo we rented was in sad shape. We waited two days after arrival for a plumber to fix hot water in kitchen,the carpeting & area rug in livving area were very dirty. In the evening the kitchen area was crawling with bugs. We were not happy with our accomodations, and doubt highly we would rent from Sandys again.

Our unit was not updated, rugs looked very dirty, bugs in bathroom and kitchen drawers. Pools did not look like they were cleaned well. We were not told it was not on the oceanside. Not a good experience for us and we may not return to Tybee. Very disappointing stay.

Linens and towels were clean, however the condo itself needs a major cleaning under bed and other furniture, in kitchen cabinets, etc. Thanks.

Surfaces were clean but needed to have carpet steaming or replacement and fumigation for non-paying inhabitants.The building is cheaply made and noisy even in the slow season...hardly a good deal. Sandy offered nothing to compensate for the unpleasant conditions.
