The accommodation has a direct view on the park, the morning sun in the master bedroom and the sunset in the kitchen - dining/living - second bedroom. A small balcony gives out on Central Park and the Main Orthodox Church (map).
The flat is 82m2 large, at the 1st floor, offers a good size bedroom with free standing double bed (180x200cm) and a big cupboard behind mirrors, a cosy study/second bedroom (the double bed is a modern sofa, free laying space 160x200cm),an open space living area of 32m2;with integration of hall and kitchen.
Here too the sofa is possible to use as double bed, so 6 persons can sleepif necessary (supplement for the extra sheets/pilows/cover of 3€/day).A wooden dining table is expendable to 3,20m (so easy 10-12 persons).
The double entrance door offerssecurity and isolation. Entrance of house is with a coded lock.

A bar element links dining area and kitchen.
Bedroom and study/bedroom have halogen lights.In living area standing halogen light 300W with dimmer creates nice atmospheres. The kitchen has halogen spots and working table light.We offer you to stay with us for
