My home is on the first floor of a nice one floor house (ground floor belongs to another owner, with different entrance),four minutes from two sandy beaches; two bedrooms (one with king size bed and the other with 2 bunk beds), living room with kitchen, one bathroom with W. M., a big balcony with a beautiful sea and country view and two long chairs; two tables to eat inside or outside in the balcony; private parking place. Air conditioning/heating in the main bedroom.
The perfect place for a quiet holiday not far from a live night life in Costa Smeralda or from the traditional ancient life of Barbagia, the internal area. Possibility to make a trip coast to coast by renting my much bigger apt in Alghero. Trips by ferry boat to famous Tavolara island, or along the coast to Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzè, Cala Sisine which can be reached only by boat.
The house is in a village called Tanaunella; at a distance of 3 minutes walking there is a very good restaurant called La Volpe (The Fox). There are other restaurant at about 8 minutes walking. Other restaurants are in Budoni at about 15 minutes walking. There is a supermarket with everything at 3 min. walking, almost in front of the restaurant. Car is very useful to visit the coast and the inner part of the island, but you can stay there without a car enjoying the place and walking along the beach and the countryside or visiting the two villages of Tanaunella (very small) and Budoni. There are buses going to various villages and cities.
