Main Beach in East Hampton consistently ranks as one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Many celebrities have beach homes in the area, and are seen everyday in East Hampton. Our location is ideal, with everything you need close by. There are dozens of upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries scattered throughout the Hamptons. This newly remodeled 2000 square foot home sits on a private wooded acre in the Northwest Woods, a five minute bike ride to the village, and a five minute car ride to the beach. For those of you who would rather enjoy a quiet day in your own sunny backyard, there is a private 20-foot by 40-foot heated swimming pool complete with a two tiered deck and barbecue, teak lounge chairs and dining table which can seat ten people. There are two newly resurfaced private tennis courts in the development, free for residents and their guests. The house features four bedrooms and two fabulous new baths. The two-story living room has two very comfortable down filled couches, a wood burning fireplace and a skylight. There are three sets of sliding doors which open to the pool area. A wall unit houses a large TV and CD stereo sound system. The music is piped into the backyard. The entire living space offers beautiful hardwood floors with needlepoint carpets. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a king sized iron bed, the other with two twin beds with hand painted headboards. The bath on the first level has a floor made of marbles (yes, the kind we used to play with), each one laid by hand. There is a mosaic dining table which seats eight, with a chandelier hanging over the table. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you will need to cook wonderful meals. The upstairs master suite has 12-foot ceilings, a balcony and a 10-foot by 13-foot white marble bath with custom designed "L" shaped vanity. Seaglass is inlaid in the Thassos marble floor, as well as in the shower. The bedroom offers a king sized brass bed and a 36-inch TV with DVD player. The second upstairs bedroom accommodates a twin bed, perfect for a child.
