and plenty of comfortable
seating including a huge sectional sofa that can seat many people.
It overlooks the Dining Room which features a large Oak table with
leather chairs and a
picture window that looks out over the treed backyard, patio and
pool.
Amberlea House is located in old town Niagara-on-the-Lake, very
close to the shops and fine restaurants and right around the
corner from our other 2 homes listed on this site, Simcoe Pines and Ay;esbury Manor.

Minimum 3 day bookings only during June, July and August. Minimum 2 night bookings all other times.
Weekly bookings are fom Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending upon availability.
Please email us for reservation requests or any questions.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation by credit card. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date.
No Smoking or Pets please.
