Our Building from the Beach

Description:
If you love the beach, you will love this place. It is cute, cozy and beachy. You can walk out the front onto a porch and then the beach. The turtles nest from May to Sept. If you walk the beach at night, you may be lucky enough to see a 250 pound turtle come to lay her eggs.

There is a computer with a high speed Internet connection, a flat screen TV, 2 phones with answering machine and free long distance, as well as a CD,DVD and radio. My guests joke that if it isn't in the condo, you don't need it. There are 6 or 7 restaurants within walking distance and a beach trolley that runs from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete's Beach.

A 50% deposit holds your reservation. If you cancel and I can rent your time you will receive a full refund. A months notice will receive a 75% refund.
