The second floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, another bathroom and bedroom. The third level is the loft that has 2 trundel beds. This condo backs to the creek and tall pine trees of Kings Beach. Pool and tennis available in summer only.
A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee, and refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate. Please no smoking and no pets.
