The main part of the house consists of the kitchen/great room area, which is completely separate from the bedrooms and a separate entrance. Bedroom one has a king size bed. Bedroom two has a king size bed. Bedroom three has a twin day bed with a trundle. Bedroom four has a queen size bed. Bedroom five has a king size bed. Bedroom six has a queen size bed. The living are has a couch and loveseat, a 27 in. T.V. For use with a DVD/VCR and a wood-burning fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). The remodeled kitchen has a breakfast bar is fully equipped with new major appliances, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. There are two dining tables to accommodate 12 people. Other amenities include Air Conditioning, patio furniture, and charcoal BBQ (bring own charcoal). Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets.
