This second story Condo is approximately two and a half miles from freeway access(I-25 which runs north & south). Close to Balloon Fiesta Park (less than five miles), Movie Theatres (four miles), Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course (four miles), Old Town (10 miles), and many restaurants nearby. Cliffs Amusement Park & Other attractions nearby. Santa Fe approximately 60 miles north, and Taos approximately 125 miles north. The master bedroom features a king-size Westin Heavenly bed and California walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom has Queen bed, 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. All towels, paper products, dish washing soap and laundry detergent are provided. All appliances including a Miele front load washer and dryer are provided. The property is located in a gated community and features two pools (opened seasonally) and a bike path close to the property that loops 30 miles (two Motiv Bikes supplied for use during your stay). The balcony has one rocking chair and one rocking bench to enjoy the views of the Sandia mountains (and world's longest tramlights can be seen w/ binoculars), as well as the beautiful west side sunsets. If you're here during the Balloon Fiesta, you can usually view the balloons right from the balcony as well!
