The home books quite early so we recommend making your decisions promptly.Due to the high energy costs for pool heat during the winter, there is an optional $300/week pool heater cost at a temperature of 78 deg. from December 1 through March 31 of each year. This is an effort to keep your pool heat costs low; however, the pool can be heated to 85 degrees during this time for an extra fee as well.
