If you are looking for a great condo located right on the best beach in Puerto Vallara, look no more. Our condo has 3 bedrooms - the MBR has a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen size and there is a twin in the third bedroom. In addition you have two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen for your dining pleasure. Dining is at the kitchen bar (seats four) or on the dining terrace (seats five).
The unit is located in the midst of million dollar homes directly on the first Conchas Chinas beach. You can easily walk into town along the beach or take the high road to Calle Santa Barbara (millionaire's row).
Town is a short 10 minute walk away. Here you can have all the convenience of the city without the resultant noise, beach vendors, and overcrowding of the city beach. The condo has two terraces - one for outside dining and the other just outside the MBR. Also it has wireless Internet from the condo. There is a CD/DVD player in the condo along with music and movies. You view directly onto the pool and garden area of the enclosed courtyard and onto the beach/ocean in front. You can be at the beach in just seconds accessed directly in front of the condo through the front security gate.
High Season rates (Nov 1 to April 30):
$140/night
$3,000 per month
Low Season rates (May 1 to October 31):
$100/night.
$2,000 per month
Holiday rates: Xmas/New Years, 12/16 to 1/4, and Easter week: $190/day
Preferred guests: Mature adults
Minimum stay: Seven days. Stays under the minimum are subject to an administrative and cleaning fee of $150.
Smoking: This is a no-smoking condo. If smoking on the terrace is desired, an additional $250 will be charged for possible smoke eradication and other cleaning issues.
Pets: Not allowed.
Damage Deposit: A $300 deposit is required at the time you reserve the condo which is returned to you intact after your occupancy if no damage or telephone charges have been incurred.
Usage Payment: 50% due upon reservation and balance due in full 60 days prior to your occupancy. Payment can be remitted in a US dollar cashier's check or money order unless you have been a previous guest.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 60 days or more before occupancy date, you will lose your deposit and your 50% fee. If you cancel within 60 days of using the condo, then your fee can only be applied to a stay at a later date (to be arranged with the owner). At any time of cancellation, the security/damage deposit will be forfeited.
