Master suite upstairs has king bed and bathroom. Downstairs suite has a second king bed, fireplace, sitting area, etc. Two other upstairs bedrooms...one with a queen and one with two twin beds. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room...with three reclyners...all newer. Sleeps totalof 12 if one can sleep on the large sofa in the game room and one (child) can sleep on the Southwest style loveseat in the downstairs master sitting area. There are 3 bathrooms....two upstairs, one downstairs...the downstairs next to the downsttairs master is a 1/2 bath. It is fully furnished with 5 TV's, DVD, 4 VCR's....and a beautiful piano! Downstairs also features a new Kareoke video machine with discs and a professional sized pool table...it's a fun home.
Outdoor Living & Recreation:
Large, private heated pool, lots of cool deck, lounges and chairs on the lower level. Gas BBQ. 2 car garage. Located on the South side of town. The left side of the back yard has a new decorative rock design including a palm trees mound and a professional horseshoes pit in the rear. Lake Havasu is great for boating, skiing and swimming...an aquatic lovers dream plus restaurants and nightlife nearby.
Extras:
Sitting area in the lower master bedroom with love seat, coffee table, wet bar and a gorgeous Southwest fireplace. Good size game room - includes professional size pool table, a new double microphone karaoke machine, TV/VCR and VHS tapes. Downstairs master has sitting room area & 32" TV.
