DESCRIPTION :

THE MAIN HOUSE: sleeps 12 plus babies. It is a spacious house on three levels.
Groundfloor:
- a spacious kitchen with all modern amenities - gaz cooker and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. kitchen table
- a beautiful, big, open plan sitting room in true Perigordian style with a relaxing lounge area with sofas and open fireplace ; and a dining area with large table in oak.
- an adjacent cosy salon also with open fireplace, leather sofas and coffee table. The room leads onto a shaded terrace equipped with sunbeds
First Floor:
- the master bedroom, with a 160cm large bed and its private ensuite shower-room
- a second double bedroom
- a children bedrooms with 3 single beds
- a large family bathroom with bath and overhead shower

At garden level :
- a double bedroom with exposed stones and fireplace

The swimming pool: This is a beam shape pool, ideal for children as there are no steps. Floodlit at night for those evening drinks under the stars. Gates with locks circle the entire pool area.
The covered terrace: overlooking the pool, it offers an amazing views over the wood and alfresco dining. It is equiped with sunbeds, table and chairs for adults and little ones.
Garden : a 17 hectares private garden with lot of mature trees, bushes, flowers, grassy area ... Swing and sand vat for the little guests.

Le Play is only 8kms from the bustling market town of Le Bugue and about the same distance from Les Eyzies.
It is therefore ideally situated for exploring both the Vezere and the Dordogne valleys and sampling the local specialities in the many excellent restaurants nearby. Bergerac airport is 45min drive only and the many Chateaux and Bastide towns of the Dordogne are all within a short drive.
