Casa Romantica is a beautifully decorated, brand new home, completed summer of 2006 with wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez and the estuary. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, two story home in Las Conchas. The living area is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs, and just a quick 2- minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ocean view and private bath. Bedroom two has a king bed and a view of the estuary. Bedroom three has a twin daybed, comfortable couch, TV monitor for viewing DVD’s, (bring own DVD’s), and a view of the estuary. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The great room is inviting with decorative fireplace, comfortable seating, and dining table with seating for 6, and a view of the ocean. Other amenities include Satellite TV, central air and heat, and ceiling fans throughout, gas BBQ, and two patios, one is upstairs and one is a covered patio downstairs off the dining area, patio furniture provided. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights.
