All our condos are Las Palmas Resort Condos in Green Valley and include: Full kitchen (fully stocked ready for all your general cooking desires), living room, cable TV and DVD. Free wireless internet access, washer & dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Smoke Free. Linens and etc: bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, lotion, and soap. Amenities: six pools, four spas, tennis, racquetball, basketball, volleyball, exercise room, and playgrounds.
As a guest of St. George Vacation Rentals, you have unlimited access to 2 new Las Palmas Resort pool areas, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts. One pool (waterfall pool) and jacuzzi is located behind buildings 9, 10, and 12. The other pool (with a shallow end for kids) and jacuzzi is located behind buildings 17, 18 and 19.
Additionally, you have either full, limited, or no access to the older Green Valley Resort pool area with an indoor pool, exercise room, tennis and racquetball courts. The clubhouse is located behind building 16, close to the entrance to the condo complex.
Many of our condos have full access to the Green Valley Resort amenities. You simply tell the clubhouse which condo number you are staying to gain access. Here are the condos with full access: 1501, 1502, 1602, 1623, 1631, 1633, 1635, 1640, 1018, 1710, 1801, 1803, & 2116.
The condos that have limited access require a punch card. One punch per person per day. We provide a limited amount of punches for our guests. One bedrooom, two bedroom, and three bedroom condos receive 5, 6, and 8 puches respectively per stay.
Remember, the condos that have no access to the indoor pool, tennis, and exercise always have full access to the two new pool areas at Las Palmas. Each with a pool and hot tub.
