A new complex in Chloraka (Paphos) on the way to Akteon Village, Eleni and St. George Hotels. It is about 100 metres from Akteon and about 300 metres from its beach. Beach of Akteon can be used by the clients of the Sea Breeze Luxury Villas, number 4 & 5.
The area is well known of the huge banana plantations as well.
It is within a short walk from some restaurants and the Chlorakas coastline, and short drive from the shops, night-life, and historical sights of Paphos, the renouned beaches of Coral Bay, and the unspoiled Akamas nature reserve.
The design of our villas is unique, with an emphasis on comfort and luxury. Both villas have private over float swimming pools with dimensions 5 X 10 meters, sun beds and umbrellas. They all have external facilities such us verandahs, garden, pergolas, barbeque, storage room and parking.
Our villas are with fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV, DVD and C.D. players, radio, etc. All bedrooms equipped with air-condition, TV, bathroom or shower, W.C. and wash basins.
Internet is free of charge (in case the customers have their own lap tops) and satellite TV is also included in the price. Air condition, heating, maid service (once a week) are free of charge as well. Extra maid service is available with additional payment.
