If you are looking for a little more action during your vacation just head down the street to Rum Point where you can enjoy cocktails and lunch on the beach, get a beach massage, play volley ball, swing in hammocks, rent paddle boats or jet skis. If you prefer, you can arrange a snorkel or dive trip with Red Sail Sports. There are loung chairs on the beach so you can spend an hour or all day playing on the beach!

A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of the reservation.
The balance is due 60 days prior to the reserved date.
Checks should be made out to Caymanease.
If the rental will occur before the 60 day period, a cashier’s check will be required for payment.
Should you cancel your reservation before the total payment is made, 25% of the deposit will be refunded immediately. Should we be able to re-lease the property, the additional 25% will be refunded. If the property is not re-leased, 50% of the nonrefundable portion of the deposit can be applied towards a future available date and will be exercisable for 12 months.
A property manager is on call should anything break or not work properly.
By law no more than 8 persons are allowed to occupy the Villa, exceeding this limit risks eviction without refund of any monies paid.
No smoking and no pets are allowed Caymanease.
